What SynJect provides after the steel leaves the factory: installation support, delivery documentation, site erection standards and response commitments for every shipment.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to all steel structures fabricated by Shandong Shijie Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (SynJect) and shipped under our AISC certification and CE marking to EN 1090-2 EXC2 (certificate 2787-CPR-01627). It covers the support included with every shipment and the services available on request; the scope agreed in writing for each project prevails where it differs.

We provide comprehensive 3D erection drawings and step-by-step installation manuals with every shipment. These intuitive visual guides are designed to be easily understood by local contracting teams, significantly lowering the technical barrier for on-site assembly.

Your project success is our priority. Shijie offers 24/7 remote technical assistance for troubleshooting during construction. For highly complex projects, we can dispatch seasoned installation supervisors to your job site anywhere in the world to oversee the erection process and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

For highly complex structures or when utilizing local contractor teams with limited steel erection experience, Shijie offers global on-site supervision. What Ships With Every Consignment
Every consignment ships with the documentation package third-party inspectors and local authorities expect. Additional copies are issued on request at any time during the life of the structure.
- Declaration of Performance under EN 1090-1 for the structural steelwork
- FPC certificate with its Document of validity
- Mill test certificates for every heat used
- Welding procedure specifications with qualification records (WPS/PQR)
- Welder and operator qualification certificates (EN ISO 9606 / AWS D1.1)
- NDT reports with technician qualification level (ISO 9712 / ASNT Level II)
- Coating thickness measurement records against the specified ISO 12944 system
- 3D erection drawings, step-by-step installation manual and the packing list matched to component marks
Global Field Erection & Site Management
We deliver international site erection supervision and turnkey EPCM construction services adhering to OSHA 1926 safety protocols, AISC COSP, and EN 1090-2 erection standards. Field teams, led by multilingual HSE and QA/QC engineers, utilize high-precision total stations to maintain structural plumbness within H/1000 (25mm max). High-Strength Structural Bolting is executed via calibrated Wrench or Turn-of-Nut methods with 100% torque audit documentation.
How We Respond
Technical enquiries
Engineering replies to installation and documentation questions within 24 hours, with drawings or a marked-up photo where the question needs one; remote technical assistance for troubleshooting during construction is available 24/7.
Missing or damaged parts
Every consignment includes 3–5% spare fasteners and vulnerable connectors. Report any shortage or transit damage with the packing list reference and photographs; replacements are fabricated and dispatched under the same component marks.
Site supervision
Remote technical guidance is included with every project. On-site supervisors or a full erection team are dispatched on request under a scope agreed in writing before mobilisation.
Records after handover
The Manufacturing Data Report, as-built drawings and the certificate package are kept on file and reissued on request, so audits after handover are answered from the same records the structure was built with.
